Shattering the Notions about doing Postgrad

If you’re on the fence about applying for a master’s program, I’m here to reassure you. I’ll back up my arguments with logical analysis, and I’ll try my best to dispel the falsehoods we’ve all heard, at some time.

NOTION 1: A MASTER'S DEGREE IS UNAFFORDABLE

This is not true. Not all master degrees burn your pockets. It also depends on the program you choose, the university you choose, the campus you choose, the country, and in turn city you choose to study in.

For instance, Barcelona, Spain is a pretty affordable city to live in, with low cost of living and plenty of employment opportunities you could earn and save a fortune in very less time.

Master programs at C3S Business School are extremely competitive  with fees, one of the very economical fee structures you may come

across and specially with the kind of industry experience educators,  infrastructure amenities, multi-faceted assistance.

Did you know that you can get a post-graduate diploma at C3S  Business School online just for €5500?

NOTION 2: A MASTER'S DEGREE REQUIRES A FIRST CLASS BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Certainly not! Once you’ve found a postgraduate program you’re interested in, you may find out what entry requirements are there to apply for it. If you don’t have the desired degree classification, you can still inquire about other choices.

NOTION 3: GETTING A MASTER'S DEGREE IS WAY MORE DIFFICULT THAN BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Students are frequently discouraged from continuing their education  because they believe a master’s degree will be much more difficult  than their bachelor degree. There are obvious distinctions between  an undergraduate and a postgraduate degree.

You will be able to reach your goals if you are passionate about  advanced education and prepared to devote the time and effort.

All master’s programs at C3S Business School are designed in a  manageable fashion, with purely assignment-based study, fair  deadlines for completing work and well-deserved holidays. The most  crucial part is to effectively manage your time so that you may  maintain a balanced work-life-study balance.

It’s also crucial not to compare yourself to other students on the  program; everyone progresses at their own rate and achieves the  same objectives at the end of the semester. Make sure you don’t  overwork yourself; rest is just as vital as studying.

NOTION 4: YOUR BACHELOR AND MASTER PROGRAM MUST BE RELATED

Certainly not! If you see a program that interests you, you may learn  more about it on the C3S Business School website, or you can seek  contact information such as an email address or a phone number to inquire about your eligibility.

It is good if your undergraduate program has some connection to the  postgraduate program you wish to pursue. However, it is not a  mandate. If there is no relationship between your undergraduate and  postgraduate courses, further information about how to apply for that  specific program could be sought.

Further information on how to apply for a postgraduate course can be  found here.

NOTION 5: STUDYING A MASTER'S PROGRAM IS NOT WORTH IT

This could be the polar opposite of the truth. A master’s degree can  completely change your future trajectory! Employment market has  been seeing paradigm shifts since technological advancements  have come to light since the last two decades, thus getting an upper  edge with higher education seems to be a trend being followed.

To be in the league of getting great job opportunities, the skillset has  to be worked upon for betterment and a master’s program helps you  polish those niche skills with specialized programs available.

According to research conducted by Professor Ilya Strebulev of  Standford Graduate School for Business, around 61% of her sample

population of 1263 participants, had at least one master’s degree,  and around 39% had dual master’s degrees. Her sample comprised  of founders of unicorn start-ups.

NOTION 6: YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO DO PART-TIME WORK

This is bogus. You will receive your timetable, allowing you to plan part time work around it. Many jobs are flexible for students, and if you can  find a part-time work or volunteer opportunity that complements your  course, you’ll have a terrific opportunity to upgrade your expertise,  credibility, and Curriculum vitae.

C3S Business School also goes an extra mile to provide 100%  assistance to PAID internships, with affiliations with internship-providing agencies like iPractice Costa Brava, ESPA, Worldwide internships, etc.

NOTION 7: A SOCIAL LIFE WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU

Because you are the master (pun unintended) of your life, you can  arrange your studies in whatever way suits you best. It’s important to find time for your studies as well as socialize with friends and family in order to maintain your psychological wellbeing and avoiding burnouts.

At C3S Business School, the classes have become like a community,  you will be able to make friends of different ethnicities and cultures,  you will also have peers from your country as well, the staff here is so friendly, feels like a family.

Usually, at C3S, our students hang out with their friends and peers after lectures. Exploring the vibrant city of Barcelona with friends is a  total thrilling adventure to go for!

NOTION 8: THE COMPETITION IS TOO FIERCE; IT IS NOT WORTH APPLYING AS I WILL NOT GET IN

Master’s degree programs are competitive, so make your application  as solid as possible and be prepared for an interview. I’m sure C3S  Business School would love to accept everyone, but the reality is that  some courses have limited spots.

However, regardless of how many other people apply, I believe it is always worthwhile to apply because even if you do not get into the course, the experience of the application process and attending an  interview is invaluable to learn from if you decide to apply again.

What do we learn from this?

Higher education is not a “pointless exercise,” but rather empowers  you with the practical and theoretical aptitude to enhance your  ideas and successfully carry your initiative to the next step, with  minimal chances of pitfalls given your preparation.

Regardless of your level of study, it’s critical to consider how a degree  may well be applicable in real-world situations and whether the  program hones the vital requisite skills in your field, so that it contributes  quantifiable value to your professional growth.

This is why C3S Business School incorporates its Immersive Learning  model-based pedagogy into its Bachelor, Master, and MBA  programs, providing a varied range of distinctive, practice-oriented programs to meet the diverse increasing demands of global talent.
