Below is a step-by-step guide to filling out an application form. It will help you get answers to ‘how-to-get-started’ and other minor queries, if any. Certain fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Step 1:
Fill the application and submit along with the required documents.
Tell us about yourself, and we will take care of the rest. Our user-friendly application takes less than 10 minutes to fill out and submit the necessary documents for verification.
Step 2:
Initial assessment of the eligibility of the profile
Once the form is submitted, the admission team will have an initial conversation depending on the assessment of documents and eligibility check procedures to assist you in the further process.
Step 3:
Personal interview with the admissions team
Once our admissions team validates your profile and credentials, if you meet the requirements, you will be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process. An interview will be conducted on the virtual platform with a member of the evaluation team. The purpose of the interview is for your English Language assessment, to hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course and how it is going to assist you in your future plans.
Step 4:
Interview evaluation result and issurance of offer letter
If the interview is cleared, then you will be shared with an offer letter as part of the admissions procedure for you to finalize your admission and book your seat.
Step 5:
Pay the Registration & Tuition Fees
The registration fees and the Tuition fee amount for the first year have to be paid after the issuance of the offer letter.
Step 6:
Preparation for further process
At this step of the process, you will be connected with your visa support team, who will instruct you on the needed documents to be completed in order to complete your visa application process. You will be required to provide all necessary documents as per your offer letter and document checklist..
Step 7:
Issuance of a visa letter
Once you have prepared all the necessary documents and finished the needed procedures, you will be able to avail yourself of your visa letter from our team for the application of a visa for the chosen programme.
Step 8:
Apply for Visa
Once all the documents are prepared, the student must schedule an appointment at the Spanish embassy according to their jurisdiction and apply for the visa.
Requirements
Graduate Diploma Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
