Our Plan for 2025-2026
Phase 1: Foundation & Initial Engagement (July 2025 - September 2025)
Data validation, initial outreach, and setting up internal processes preceding Fall 2025 intake.
- Finalize target organizations within Schengen Area
- Develop tailored outreach materials
- Initiate contacts with HR/Talent Acquisition departments
- Conduct virtual meetings to gauge interest
Phase 2: Active Partnership Building (October 2025 - February 2026)
Securing MOUs, initiating pilot programs, and active student preparation during Fall 2025 intake.
- Pursue formal MOUs with 5-10 Schengen-based companies
- Begin student matching for Spring 2026 internships
- Conduct targeted outreach for end-term placements

Phase 3: Deepening & Expansion (March 2026 - July 2026)
