Our Mental Health Through Sports Initiatives aim to help students reduce stress, boost confidence, and build emotional resilience by combining physical activity with mindfulness and community engagement.

Programs and Activities

Inter-College Sports Tournaments

Competitive yet friendly tournaments in football, volleyball, and padel encourage teamwork, communication, and stress relief. Students develop social connections and a sense of belonging, which are crucial for mental well-being.

C3S Business School Marathon

Participating in long-distance running events strengthens perseverance, resilience, and self-discipline. The marathon also provides an opportunity for students to socialize, share experiences, and experience the therapeutic benefits of outdoor exercise.

Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions

Weekly sessions designed to promote relaxation, focus, and emotional balance. Students learn mindfulness techniques that complement sports activities, helping them cope with academic pressure and everyday stress.

Fitness Bootcamps and Group Workouts

Structured group exercises foster a sense of achievement and camaraderie. Physical activity stimulates endorphins, reducing anxiety and enhancing mood while building strength and endurance.

Wellness Challenges and Peer Support Programs

Monthly fitness and wellness challenges encourage students to set personal goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements together. Peer support and group participation reinforce a community-focused approach to mental health.
