Dr. Aida Mehrad
Psychologist, PhD (Social Psychology)

Dr. Aida Mehrad, Psychologist, holds a PhD in Social Psychology (specialized in organizational and industrial psychology) and a Master’s in General Psychology. With almost 8 years of international experience, her career has been focused on Job Satisfaction, Leadership Styles, Organizational Support, Conflict Management Styles, Organizational Behavior, and Industrial & Organizational Psychology.

From the research point of view, Dr. Aida is mainly interested in Business, Marketing, Strategy of Management, Industrial and Organizational Behavior. She is the author of more than 50 academic papers in social science, specifically management and psychology, which are widely published and presented in specialized journals and international conferences. Also, she is the author of 4 books of 1- Two hundred golden tips for a better life, 2- 365 Days: 365 Points to Achieve, 3-Language is an art, and you are a virtuoso And 4- Ascendant Manager, Pioneer Management: How to Control Conflict ?

Madeleine Recknagel

Madeleine Recknagel, Tedx Speaker/ Consultant & Educator on Circular Economy/ Zero Waste, coaches and guides individuals and organizations to understand their consumption behaviors and nudge their mindsets toward more sustainable lifestyles and work environments. Her story is proof that success is not about resources, but it’s about being resourceful, creative and mindful.

The knowledge learned through her professional career up to living zero waste in Thailand since 2015 has gained her valuable insights and practical tools, which Madeleine utilizes when consulting with companies on zero waste to landfill and green office projects. She also mentors students on circular economy design and sustainable development goals. Her current partnership with QUIZZBIZZ Thailand provides her with tools to empower schools, universities and organizations in terms of digital learning especially on complex topics like plastic pollution and zero waste.

Since March 2019 she also facilitates for the Circular Design Lab Bangkok, an experimental innovation lab bringing people together to address environmental and social challenges using circular design as one pathway to explore systems intervention possibilities- or in other words- solutions to challenges.

Her current Start-up HAPPY CUP THAILAND focuses on the reduction of plastics cups in coffee shops and restaurants in Bangkok – main objective 25 million cups per day.

Willem van Rossem
B.Sc Highest Honors degree in Tourism Management by the University of New Hampshire, USA. Willem van Rossem has ample international experience in management positions, ranging from rooms division, hiring and training as well as quality assurance and operations management in the hospitality industry, including Disneyland Paris, France, Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando, USA and Huis Ten Bosch Resort, Nagasaki, Japan. Willem speaks six languages, including English, Spanish and French and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He was part of the opening team of the first resort hotel of the Port Aventura theme park near Tarragona, Spain, as well as the first Spanish property of Dolce Hotels & Resorts in Sitges, near Barcelona. Currently Willem van Rossem manages GUESTCONNECTION, a hospitality consulting company and has provided training, quality assurance and consulting solutions to hotels, cruise lines and call centers in Spain, Morocco and Ecuador, including Taj Hotels & Palaces, The Edition by Marriott and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Eduardo I. Ortiz Tosta

Eduardo has more than a decade of experience working as a member of multinational law firms. He has successfully advised hundreds of international companies during corporate transactions, supervising the conduction of due diligence audits; the preparation of commercial contracts; the structuring and execution of cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He is currently the legal advisor of a few companies in Spain and the United States of America.

More than 90% of the companies to which Eduardo has provided legal advice are listed in Fortune Global 500, and are leading organizations in sectors related to Energy, Automotive, Media, Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Insurance & Reinsurance, Banking & Finance, Mining, Aviation, Space, Education and Technology.

Over the past 5 years, Eduardo has been focused on the creation and development of insightful partnerships with national and international education agencies and internship providers, as well as on counseling students through their professional path, and assisting them to make informed decisions about the selection of their academic and internship programs.

Eduardo holds a Law Degree issued by Universidad Monteávila, and a MBA Major in Education, Management and Leadership issued by Geneva Business School.
