Crisis & Emergency Contact Procedures

At C3S Business School, the safety and wellbeing of our students is our top priority. This section outlines procedures for emergencies and crises, providing guidance on how to get help quickly and effectively.

Immediate Emergency Situations

In urgent situations that pose a threat to life, health, or safety (such as fire, serious injury, or an accident), follow these steps:

Call Emergency Services:

Dial 112 (Spain) for police, fire, or medical assistance.

Clearly explain your location, the nature of the emergency, and any injuries.

Alert C3S Staff

Inform staff or campus security immediately so they can provide support and coordinate with emergency responders.

Follow Safety Instructions:

Listen carefully to staff and emergency responders.

Evacuate if instructed, using marked exits and avoiding elevators.

Non-Emergency Crisis Support

If you face situations that require support but are not immediate life-threatening emergencies (such as emotional distress, harassment, mental health concerns, or personal safety worries):

Contact the Student Support Services for guidance.

Speak with trained counselors for confidential support and advice.

Appointments can be scheduled in person or online.
