Your Feedback Matters: Help Us Enhance Teaching and Learning Excellence
The Course and Lecturer Satisfaction Survey is conducted at the end of each semester to gather student feedback on course quality, teaching effectiveness, learning resources, and assessment practices. The survey provides valuable insights that support continuous improvement of academic programmes and teaching standards.
Survey responses are reviewed by the Academic Office and Quality Assurance team to monitor teaching quality, evaluate course effectiveness, support curriculum enhancement, and identify opportunities for pedagogical improvement. Response rates and satisfaction indicators are also monitored to ensure the reliability and usefulness of survey data. All responses are treated confidentially and reported in aggregate form for quality enhancement purposes.
The SS01 Survey allows students to provide feedback about their learning experience, course content, assessments, learning resources, and lecturer performance. The feedback helps C3S Business School improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
