Dr Maria Fernanda Dugarte, PhD, is an accomplished academic leader, international education strategist, and author whose career reflects a distinctive combination of expertise in economics, international relations, global commerce, and higher education governance. Over the course of her professional journey, she has built a reputation for advancing academic quality, promoting institutional transparency, and strengthening the international recognition of higher education institutions within a rapidly evolving global landscape.
Dr. Nemer holds a Master’s and PhD in Business Administration and brings over eight years of international industry experience into the classroom. He previously led Seller Onboarding and Compliance operations at Amazon Spain, where he specialized in operational excellence, data-driven leadership, and building high-performing teams. In addition to his industry role, Dr. Nemer has led entrepreneurship programs, mentoring aspiring founders and supporting early-stage business development. He also provides career guidance, helping students and young professionals navigate career paths, develop practical skills, and align their goals with market opportunities.
Mr. Manik Singh is an accomplished international education professional with over 10 years of experience in the study abroad industry. Currently serving as the Regional Manager – Africa Region, he leads strategic business development, partner engagement, and student recruitment initiatives across multiple African countries. With extensive expertise in international admissions, university partnerships, and agent network development, Mr. Singh has successfully guided thousands of students toward achieving their global education aspirations. He is recognized for building high-performing recruitment channels, fostering long-term institutional collaborations, and driving sustainable growth in international markets.
Mr. Matthew Oloyede Ajiboye is the Regional Manager, Student Support, and Business Development Manager at C3S Business School. With a focus on helping students navigate their academic journey, he ensures a seamless admissions process while supporting students with housing, residency, and essential services. Additionally, he drives business development initiatives for the school, fostering growth and partnerships.
Mr. Ritesh Bakshi is an international education professional with around 4 years of experience in student recruitment and B2B partnerships across the UK and Spain. Currently serving as Student Recruitment Manager at C3S Business School, Barcelona, he leads student recruitment across African and Eurasian markets and manages strategic partnerships with education agents across these regions. Previously, Mr. Bakshi represented an UK university in India, driving student recruitment and developing strong B2B partner networks. His earlier experience in finance has strengthened his expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning. He has successfully expanded recruitment networks, developed new market opportunities, and built long-term partnerships with education agents across multiple international markets.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Art History and a Master's degree in Comunicación e Industrias Creativas from the University of Alicante. Currently, I work as a Content Creator at C3S Business School in Barcelona, where I create social media content that showcases student life, international education, and opportunities for students from around the world.
