This survey must be completed only by students who have successfully completed the modules listed below and must be submitted using their official C3S Business School email account ending in "@csss.es."

The Overall Student Experience Survey is conducted annually to gather student feedback on their wider academic and institutional experience. The survey helps the institution understand student satisfaction with academic services, student support, digital learning resources, communication, and the overall learning environment.

The results are reviewed by Student Services and the Quality Assurance team to identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and support continuous enhancement of the student experience.

FAQ – SS02 Overall Student Experience Survey

The SS02 Survey allows students to share feedback about their overall experience at C3S Business School. It covers academic support, student services, learning resources, communication, and student life.

This survey is intended for current students enrolled at C3S Business School who have experienced the school's academic and support services.

You should not complete this survey if you are:

  • An applicant who has not yet started studying at C3S.
  • A graduate who has already completed the programme.
  • A parent, guardian, recruitment agent, or employer.
  • A newly admitted student who has not yet experienced academic or student support services.

The survey is normally conducted once each academic year and should be completed after you have experienced a significant part of student life at C3S.

You are encouraged to complete the survey if:

  • You have attended classes regularly.
  • You have used the course learning materials.
  • You have completed assignments, assessments, or coursework.
  • You have interacted with the lecturer during the semester.
  • The survey has been officially opened by C3S Business School.

You should wait if:

  • You have only recently joined C3S.
  • You have not yet attended classes regularly.
  • You have not used student services or learning resources.
  • The survey period has not yet opened.
